This trail is located in the north part of Fremont Older Open Space Preserve. After reaching the top of Cora Older Trail, turn right, which takes you on a mostly shallow curved descent through the woods with 1 or 2 bermed corners. There's one tight switchback, but otherwise the trail is very flowy with nothing technical.

After crossing Ranch Road Trail, the trail takes you back up on a technically easy climb with some nice views and a mild/moderate aerobic difficulty climb (certainly easier aerobically than Hayfield and Toyon climbs on the south end of the reserve).

Near the end of the trail, there's a very short off-chute to reach Hunter's Point which has a bench and a very nice panoramic view of the south bay and other parts of the preserve. From Hunter's Point, one can head southwest on a fireroad descent on Hayfield Trail to go tackle the trails in the south part of Fremont Older.
View from Hunter's Point. View too wide for full panorama!
