This trail starts at Main Lodge of Mammoth Mountain Bike Park. You need a Park ticket or pass to ride this trail during bike park hours. I suggest you get a bike park map or visit the Mammoth Mountain Bike Park website for more info.

It used to be narrow singletrack, but was widened a couple years ago to make it more family-friendly. Although it's been "sanitized" a bit, and can often have lots of brake bumps around the twisty turns, it's still a fun trail and worthwhile for all-comers. Many people do this trail as the "down" portion of the Uptown Downtown Full Loop. It's also popular to do the Uptown Downtown Short Loop if you don't have a bike park pass and want to stay on the public trails.

Regardless, this is one of the oldest trails in Mammoth. It has a fun flow aspect, and drops you off right at The Village where you can grab some grub and beer and reflect on the day!
