600ft of elevation change in just under 0.7 miles makes for an average gradient of about 16%. This trail is tiered, however, so there are flatter sections and several much steeper sections - one entailing exposed sandstone at >25% <br><br>In the downhill direction, it's all doable if you have the skills and are comfortable with your butt off the back and your chest on the saddle. Uphill, it's a great trail to retest your max heart rate. Be aware that going uphill will likely entail several hike-a-bike sections.
