Shepherd Pond Loop Trail is accessed from the North Perimeter Trail and also overlaps it on the west end. The trail is a short one-mile loop of doubletrack with a moderate climb that yields connectors to the Rim Trail and Suycott Valley Trail.<br><br>Along the way, you'll encounter light-to-moderate rock gardens and occasional ruts/washouts.
