From the junction on Gazos Creek Road near Sandy Point, the Whitehouse Canyon Road heads south through woods and chaparral to a junction with Anderson Landing Road. From there, it curves around the top of Berry Creek canyon, then continues south again to intersections with Henry Creek Trail and Chalks Road. Beyond Chalks Road, the trail ends at a private property gate.
