This is part of Bay Area Ridge Trail project. It extends all the way from Monument Peak to Ed R. Levin County Park. It's mostly downhill and you'll enjoy a pleasant descent with spectacular views of the bay. The trail is in fair condition. It will be nicer when you get close to Ed R. Levin County Park. Most of the trail is exposed to the sun without much shade.
