Sugarloaf Valley Trail

Overview

This is an easy, somewhat shaded trail that follows Sugarloaf Creek upstream. It begins at the Roaring River Ranger Station and briefly follows the Roaring River before climbing over a rise to meet up with Sugarloaf Creek and bypassing the confluence of the two streams. <br><br>Around 7.0 miles and after a short steep climb, there is a nice campsite with bear-proof metal storage cabinets.<br><br>The trail ends at a four-way trail junction that has slightly confusing signage.
