Hope Creek Trail

Overview

Access this trail off the east side of Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway, across from the Ossagon Trail and trailhead (mile marker 132.74).<br><br>Usually linked with the neighboring Ten Taypo Trail, this is the easier of the two segments that heads up Hope Creek through a riparian (creekside) habitat, surrounded by a stately old-growth redwood forest. <br><br>After three-quarters of a mile, this trail begins to level off with another three-quarters of a mile up to a broad ridge.
