Valley View Trail connects Volvon Trail and Volvon Loop Trail offering nice views of Round Valley in between. The descent is gentle at first, but after Manzanita Trail joins on the right, there is a stretch that is very steep. The trail crosses Whelk Stream and then stays level until you reach Volvon Loop Trail.
