Pacheco Creek Trail

Overview

This very scenic trail is best enjoyed in the spring. The trail heads out from the back of the Pacheco Camp, which is a nice place for a lunch break or snack after you finish your hike.

The trail is not heavily used so it may be somewhat overgrown with grass. You'll be crossing Pacheco Creek multiple times so prepare to get your feet wet. There are a number of trails along the way that branch off to the right and left. These trails are steep climbs up to the surrounding ridges along the way so unless you feel up to the challenge, just stick to the Pacheco Creek Trail. It is pretty well signed and ends with a short, steep climb to Willow Ridge Road.
