Overview
From the southeast corner of Lake Poway and the Lake Poway Trail, look for this trail heading east up the ridge. The start of the trail is a wide fire road. <br><br>After a mile or so, you'll come to a clearing where the trail will begin to narrow down as it winds through the boulders. <br><br>From the clearing, it's another ~1.6 miles to the Potato Chip Rock with little shade so plan accordingly with water and sun protection.
