Much of this is relatively flat compared to other rides, meaning it's not as steep. But there are plenty of gentle uphills and fun downhill sections. This is not an ideal newbie ride, but perhaps a few rides after a newbie's first is ideal. <br><br>Overall, expect great swaths of nature, water crossings, and occasional wildlife sightings. Not a good idea to go at night alone.
The Arroyo Trabuco Trail is a little more technical here, but still very doable.
