I would consider this trail intermediate-plus for less experienced riders. Lizard Trail is a semi-technical singletrack which has a few rocky spots (possibly at least one dismount), some berms, lots of small turns and a narrow passage through the trees. If you're heading down the hill, watch out for hikers and riders coming up the hill. Lizard Trail ends at the Upper Laurel Trail. Either way out will require a climb.

This is the one place you'll have to dismount and walk/carry your bike up two small sets of rock steps.
You can come down most of these steep rock sections with a lot of speed.
After the few first turns, you can blast down this section into a smooth uphill turn.
Off a few steep, rocky sections.
