"Trail is share trail, with hikers and MTB.  The trail is maintain by the city of San Luis Obispo.  The trail is  technical single track and majority of the trails is cover with rocks.  A few small jumps in the trial, top o the down hill is very technical but once you get pass it it's a great down hill.  The view at the top is a great view of San Luis Obispo valley.  "
