Overview
This trail follows the northern side of the Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve. It is a paved trail with a couple of bridge crossings. There are horse trails that follow this trail as well, which means you can turn this into a full-blown hike; at least from the nature center to Jamboree Road. <br><br>Along the entire trail you have views of the preserve and its wildlife. While you are hiking beware that this is heavily used by cyclists of all kinds.
