Take this dirt doubletrack up and over the Crafton Hills as it accesses a number of trails in the area. The high point of this one is at the top of Zanja Peak (3,533') with terrific 360\u00b0 views. You'll feel the climb as it continues steadily for over four miles with only a brief descent section after 1.0 mile. From the summit, continue along the ridgeline as it bends to the right (southeast) towards Yucaipa Regional Park.
